High-Performance Laser Cutting for Abrasive and Grinding Materials

The MLT CustomLine Grind is a turnkey laser cutting system designed to deliver state-of-the-art processing of abrasive products. The system enables precise cutting of grinding discs, paper, fiber, and foam materials in both roll and sheet formats.

Integrated unwinding and rewinding systems ensure highly efficient material handling. For automated downstream processing, a robot-based de-stacking system can be added as an option, while production parameters can be flexibly configured to meet individual requirements.
